I’m largely self-taught. I learned on sets, in workshops, from other artists, through Stan Winston School online — and by doing the work.

Steve Wang gave me one of my early Los Angeles opportunities at Onyx Forge after we’d gotten to know each other through conversations about paint. He let me bring my son to work when I needed to. We’re still friends. I haven’t forgotten that kindness.
